Students at Balsam IT are offered a wholesome and uplifting experience so that they can access all the resources they need on campus. To contribute to that cause, BIT offers students a range of housing options once they display interest in residential life and meet our criteria.

International students can also avail of this opportunity and earn a degree in their respective interested fields while staying on campus. Students who have transferred to BIT from another institution can also apply for housing.

BIT offers different types of housing, room arrangements, and meal plans so students can choose according to their convenience. The campus also has a health centre. In the event of any untoward event, students can access the campus sickbay for immediate medical attention. An experienced nurse supervises the sickbay.
