The physical campus has security personnel deployed to maintain law and order, guide students and visitors, and ensure safety. There are security cameras installed across the campus to keep an eye on visitor movement. This ensures the safety of all the students and faculties inside the Balsam IT campus and the student housing campus.

Balsam IT also ensures the digital safety of the portal. There are security measures and firewalls in place that the IT team has enforced.
